Asterix at the Olympic games
Letter to Asterix
Dear Asterix
I think you shouldn't of tricked the other team (other Romans) into drinking the magic potion with the blue food coloring in it. All the same you guys won so that was alright. Will you be going to the Olympics again? Hopefully you will be better then. Also, Obelix should've been able to take part in the Olympics. But then it would be cheating. Up to him to decide.
Hope you win next year!

Asterix at the Olympic games recount
( I know this is kind of a second recount but before it was how he changed so this is basically supposed to go with the Letter. I thought that the Letter was not enough so I wrote this.)
At the start it is all peaceful in the Gaulish village. Then, Asterix and Obelix go to the forest, and find that one legionary from the other village is training for something. Asterix and Obelix beat him at everything he training for, and he becomes hopeless. The centurion finds out and asks Vitalistix (Gaulish chief) to leave him alone. Vitalistix wants his village to compete in the Olympics and tells the centurion. The centurion says that Gauls cannot take part in the Olympics and then Asterix finds out that they are Romans so their team is called Gallo Romans. They go to Olympia and stay and visit the city until they need to go to the Olympic games. Asterix, Obelix and Getafix are allowed to go in and they stay there for a while. The roman team finds out they are there and gives up training.
The first event comes up and the Greeks win. Then, the Greeks athletes find out that the Romans are partying, and don't want to eat there diet food. The Greek council send a person to tell them they cannot drink any forbidden drinks. The Romans find out, and Asterix, Obelix, and Getafix trick the Romans by saying there is a cauldron of magic potion in a shed. The Greek council have a game only for Romans (for tourism) and the Romans drink the magic potion. They run the race and the Roman team win, but Getafix makes an objection. He said he left a cauldron of magic potion in the shed and it had blue food coloring in it. Asterix sticks out a tongue at them and they stick theirs back. Their tongues are blue. Asterix wins the wreath and gives it to the centurion. The Gauls go home and are happy. The book ends there.
